ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand that horseback riding and related equine activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: bodily injury, property damage, and the unpredictable behavior of horses regardless of training. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in equine activities at GKM Equestrian. I hereby release, waive, and discharge GKM Equestrian, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my participation in equine activities, including but not limited to claims of negligence. This release applies to me and my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
