Liability Release & Waiver

All participants must complete this form before riding or interacting with horses

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand that horseback riding and related equine activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: bodily injury, property damage, and other dangers. I acknowledge that horses are unpredictable animals and that no amount of preparation, instruction, or experience can eliminate all risks associated with equine activities.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in activities at GKM Equestrian, including but not limited to riding, handling, grooming, feeding, or being in the proximity of horses.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue GKM Equestrian, Kenan Ashurst, their employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during my participation in equine activities at this facility.

This release applies to myself and my minor children (if applicable). I confirm that I have read this release, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
